I am using this vid as inspiration to try some new leg exercises. I am guilty of not training my legs as much as I should. There was a time when I had naturally developed legs thanks to years of school age athletic ventures and high school sports. Then one day I look down and I'm standing on sticks... LOL. Kidding, it not that bad--- but lets just say I have a lot of work to do.
So far, I have incorporated squats into my workout warm up and I am in the process of developing a new killer leg workout. My goal is to obtain thicker thighs and calves.

So I am focusing on my DIET this month.
I am not worried about the 'will power' aspect of it, I easily curb my sweets. My main concern is the food prep. I CANT COOK, dammit. Plus, cooking healthy tends to be synonymous with expensive.
Anyone that knows me, knows I can't cook for -ish! LOL. I have gotten better over the years. I can definitely cook enough to take care of myself, but a bruh can only eat so many frozen pizzas. I kinda blame my mom, cause she cant cook either. Apparently, my gene pool has survived purely on being incredibly attractive, so people usually just cook for us. *smile* I'm just saying.
So I am making a conscious effort to cook better and clean up the diet a bit. I might even invest in a cookbook. Initially, I will be using food.com as my main source of healthy, easy prep meals.
I put in the time at the gym... now, i must put in the time in the kitchen...**queue the horror movie music**
