2 KNOW me, is to know..

..that i have a thing for facial hair. There is something very MASCULINE about a fella with facial hair. Plus it kinda has a 'badboy' essence to it. -And dont get me started about how having facial hair perfectly HIGHLIGHTS the LIPS... mmmm...

I, myself keep facial hair most of the year. I change it up and go clean shaven occasionally, but when i do- i feel NAKED. LOL.

umm.. and can you say 'Mustache Ride'... *giggles*.. just sayin' ;p

time for the ANNUAL review

Around this time of year, i tend to give myself an annual review. Somewhat like the typical job 'review'.. i try to take a step back and assess my performance. The hard thing about the REVIEW is not only assessing the performance, but just coming up with the 'categories of assessment' can be difficult. It begs the question... 'in what do areas do i really want to measure my success?'

#The tricky thing about measuring success .. is that is can reveal a FAILURE.

Right now i am compiling a list of possible categories, taking a hint from job reviews i have had in the past.

Right now, the listed categories are in the 'possible' pile..

Regardless of the categories chosen, the purpose is simply REFLECTION

As with every "1st", I am excited and hopeful for the upcoming month. As I write this post, I am building my MONTHLY GOALS list. Something I do to keep a focus on my annual goals. I admit, i dont have a 100% success rate. However, i am certain that I wouldnt have as much success as i do, without using tools like the 'to do/goals list"
