gym CLASS: CATALYST
The flexibility is something that I have beeb working on since the beginning of the year. I am currently doing basic stretches, but I am planning to take yoga to learn some more advanced stretching techniques. Eventually, I want to be able to do the splits.
So far, its a slow process, but I am getting there. *fingerscrossed*
I wanna get there myself :)
