time for the ANNUAL review




Around this time of year, i tend to give myself an annual review. Somewhat like the typical job 'review'.. i try to take a step back and assess my performance. The hard thing about the REVIEW is not only assessing the performance, but just coming up with the 'categories of assessment' can be difficult. It begs the question... 'in what do areas do i really want to measure my success?'

#The tricky thing about measuring success .. is that is can reveal a FAILURE.

Right now i am compiling a list of possible categories, taking a hint from job reviews i have had in the past.


Right now, the listed categories are in the 'possible' pile..
ATTITUDE
INNOVATION
ABILITY TO ADAPT/OVERCOME OBSTACLES
SCHEDULE ADHERENCE
QUANTITATIVE MEASURES
-aka MONEY MANAGEMENT

Regardless of the categories chosen, the purpose is simply REFLECTION
